She began her career as an English/Language Arts teacher before transitioning to a public service role for a short period of time where she assisted her community as a 911 telecommunicator. She was then led back to the field of education, this time at the collegiate level, where she served in enrollment counseling and was later promoted to a student resources specialist. This background equipped her with exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills that translate seamlessly into office operations management. In her role as Office Operations Manager, Stefanie provides comprehensive administrative oversight, manages client intake and engagement setup, and coordinates onboarding processes to ensure smooth and consistent experiences. She works closely with cross-functional teams to support internal stakeholders, optimize workflows, and document processes that improve efficiency and scalability. Additionally, Stefanie contributes to staff training, system enablement, and procedural guidance, supporting firm operations through structured, detail-oriented execution.

Jay Shideler is a detail-oriented tax professional who has spent his career immersed in tax compliance, forecasting, and reporting. Jay began his career at PwC in their Indianapolis office where he spent four years working in Private Company Services. There he led all phases of the tax compliance process for corporations with $500M to $800M of gross receipts as well as for high net worth individuals. Jay has extensive tax accounting and provision experience. He has assisted PwC’s audit teams with the review of the tax footnotes for Brown-Forman (parent company of Jack Daniels) and Cummins. In 2021, Jay joined the multinational pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly where, as a member of their Global Tax Team, he continued to expand his tax compliance knowledge. While at Lilly he played an integral role in increasing efficiency and strengthening their tax forecasting as well as estimated payment processes. He has tax planning experience and has developed models that have been used to identify opportunities and communicate findings to senior leadership. Jay has developed a reputation for being diligent, communicative, and results driven.

Eric Pachowitz is a client-focused financial accounting professional with experience in a wide range of industries. He began his career as an auditor in Grant Thornton’s Milwaukee office, where he specialized in serving family-owned and private equity-backed businesses with revenues between $100 million and $1 billion. After four years in public accounting, Eric transitioned into industry as an Accounting Manager for a private equity-backed architectural millwork manufacturer and installer. In this role, he managed monthly contractor billing for 15–20 active projects, reviewed and reconciled subcontractor billing, and performed detailed job costing. He also participated in biweekly project meetings, analyzed general ledger activity, prepared account reconciliations, and produced both standalone and consolidated financial statements for four entities.

Following 18 months in industry, Eric returned to Grant Thornton and was promoted to Audit Manager, where he spent three years leading teams of 3–7 professionals while serving both publicly traded and privately held companies. He currently works as a Manager of Technical Accounting at CNH Capital. Eric is known for his strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.

• Clint Rose is a results-driven Client Success Manager with a strong foundation in consumer sales and customer experience leadership. He began his career in Consumer Sales, serving as both a sales agent and later advancing into a Team Lead role, where he developed expertise in consultative selling, performance coaching, and team development. He then transitioned into the Customer Experience department, serving as a Technical Team Lead for over a year, where he specialized in resolving complex client issues, optimizing support workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to improve service delivery. With a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency, Clint brings a strategic, client-first approach to building long-term relationships and delivering measurable value.

Kyle Weber brings over a decade of accounting experience to his role as Senior Accountant, where he specializes in bookkeeping and financial reporting. With a career spanning the consumer packaged goods, aerospace, and entertainment industries, Kyle has developed a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of how financial operations work across very different business environments.  Over the years, he has earned a reputation for keeping the books accurate, delivering timely financial insights, and helping teams make confident, well-informed decisions.
